Information you give us
When you request a quote or contact us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about your garage door. We use this only to respond to you, schedule and perform the work, send you estimates or invoices, and follow up about your service.
How form submissions are delivered
Our quote form is delivered to our email inbox through a third-party form service (Web3Forms). The form service processes your submission only to deliver it to us.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and whether someone clicks our phone number or submits a quote request. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and collects information such as your device type, browser, approximate location, and pages visited. We do not use this to identify you personally. You can learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Advertising
We may advertise on Google. If we do, Google may use cookies to measure how our ads perform. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
We don't sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as email, form delivery, and payment processing), or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and quote information for as long as needed to provide service, keep business and tax records, and honor any warranty. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we're required to keep it by law.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@summit-garagedoors.com. If you no longer want to hear from us, just tell us and we'll stop.
Children
Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
